The Lindemans Coonawarra St. George Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a single vineyard wine sourced from the very heart of Coonwarra's bountiful red soil - the terra rossa. This wine is a dense, complexed red. The bouquet shows pronounced Coonawarra cassis fruit complexed by toasty, cedary charactors of French Oak. Good structure and length, with soft drying tannins balance the blackcurrant varietal flavours of this true classic Coonwarra red.
