Description
The Vasse Felix Cabernet Merlot demonstrates the true potential of this blend. Blackcurrant and dark cherry fruit dominate, with some vanilla oak and acidity to match. The Merlot plays a supporting role and adds fleshy plums, dried herbs and nutmeg to the mid-palate.
