Tasting Notes
Colour – Spanish sunset.
Nose – Mature oak opens to reveal dried fruits, vanilla, sweet pears and cinnamon.
Palate – Dried fruits and wood spices coat the palate. Ginger, cinnamon and oak give depth.
Finish – Full length. Long, lingering, memorable.
