WARNING:Under the Victorian Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $500).
For sales made in Victoria, the sale of liquor pursuant to the offer to purchase from this website is made at our licensed premises attached to the licence numbers listed below. Your contract of sale is with Old Richmond Cellars as the liquor is sold from our website by our licensee Quang THuan An PTY LTD. Accordingly, your offer to purchase is subject to acceptance of your offer by the holder of the liquor licence, certification and evidence of you being over 18 years of age, the availability of stock and the liquor which is the subject matter of your offer being ascertained and appropriated at the above mentioned licensed premises.

Identification Check
Due to the high volume of fraudulent for online orders, we carry out various background checks on orders. This background check also is required as an age verification for the liquor licensing reform of Victoria, as a reference to prove your at the legal age of 18 and over purchasing package liquor and you understand the laws and penalties involve in purchasing liquor below the legal and purchasing for someone else under the legal age.
We would require a photographed, scanned or Iphone taken image of 1 of the below forms of proof of address. This could include:
- Driving licence (if this has your address on)
- Passport
- Proof of Age card
We request some form of identification confirming the billing address and age to ensure that the details have not been acquired illegitimately over the internet. Such identification need only contain your name, address and age, which have already provided when placing an order with us, so please rest assured that you are not sending us anything we do not already know. Feel free to hide any other information which you do not wish us to see. ( e.g passport number or drivers license number )
Rest assure your information will be kept safe and only as a reference for the Liquor Licensing Victoria when required.
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence

Delivery & Insurance Cover
Once the package leaves our store, all claims and insurance is the courier company’s responsibility ( Australia Post ). You will receive an email once the package has been picked up from our store, with tracking information, advising which courier company will deliver your package.
Quang Thuan An Pty Ltd, trading as Old Richmond Cellars, holds no responsibility for goods damaged during transit. Australia Post does not include insurance on the packages sent, so please purchase insurance as we strongly advise you should for a peace of mind. In the event that you are required to lodge a claim, Old Richmond Cellars will assist the customers to lodge their claims with the responsible courier company.
Returns Policy
In the event that there has been an error on our part, that is the products delivered are defective or items received are not what you have ordered, the product may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full store refund. Please note that only products in their original condition and packaging may be valid for a return and refund.
For a change of mind or mistakenly ordering the wrong products we do allow refunds with a 10 - 30% restocking fee charged based on the total of the order, including the shipping cost and including any other fees involved in cancelling the order and returning of the stock. We can exchange the items for other products which wont incur the 10-30% restocking fee. If you wish to get a store credit instead of a full refund we can allow a full refund with a store credit voucher instead with no 10-30% restocking fee charge.

VINTAGE WINES, SPARKLINGS & SPIRITS - No Refund
Please note that our Refund Policy does not apply to wine, sparkling and spirits that is from a vintage 10 years or more prior to the purchase year, as we cannot guarantee the condition on such aged products.
Please open all the vintage wines, sparkling and spirits with care as old corks can get dry over the years so open with care, no refunds are available for damaged corks.
We do try our best to store the wines, sparking and spirits in the best possible way, but can't guaranteed it in any way due to its age. Please purchase with care, if you have any questions please contact our sales staff for help.
