Extra Elegance is an exceptional blend of eaux-de-vie primarily from the Borderies, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus, all selected for their superb aging potential, richness and complementarity.

The Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie offer excellent length on the palate, those from Petite Champagne provide structure and the Borderies contribute a velvety texture and hints of sweet pastries. A long aging in cool, damp cellars allows Extra Elegance to reveal its full quality: exceptional roundness, intense flavors, great finesse and a remarkably complex finish.

This blend produces a Cognac which is as rich as it is sophisticated, and which will delight the most passionate and demanding of connoisseurs.

Tasting Notes

Extra Elegance is a true cascade of flavors: its complex, smooth texture has notes of dried violet, pastries, tobacco, leather and walnut, culminating in a pure velvet finish.
